Rod Harter
Executive Pastor
Rod Harter is Executive Pastor for God's House Orlando, overseeing operations, finances, and facilities. He is a gifted entrepreneur, business owner, coach, and proud grandpa. His lovely wife, Debbie leads our newcomers and prayer ministry.
Robin Dearing
Director of Children's Ministry
Robin came to Christ at God's House Orlando and now serves as the Director for Children's Ministry. He is a professional musician and audio engineer, husband, and proud dad.
Shelia Ellison
Pre-school Ministries Director
Shelia serves as Director of Pre-school Ministries at God's House Orlando. She works as an administrator at UCF, and is our longest serving staff member besides our Lead Pastors
Hannah Von Hofmann
Director of Youth
Hannah Pawlak serves as our Director of Youth Ministries. She is a professional musician, graduate of Rollins College, and engaged to be married.
Marcia Romero
Chaplain and Benevolence Director
Marcia Romero is the founder of People Who Make a Difference, a 501c3 organization assisting uninsured people with medical expenses. She has served as a hospital chaplain and is an ordained minister at God's House. She provides Portuguese translation.
Dave Martin
Prayer and Altar Team Pastor
Pastor Dave leads and coordinates our Prayer Teams and Altar ministries. He also serves as a preaching associate, bringing his excitement, experience, and humor to sharing God's Word. He is a professional musician, band leader, dad, and collector of Star Wars memorabilia.
Doug Legan
Connections Director/Mens Ministry
Doug serves as Connections Director for God's House Orlando, overseeing small groups and ManUp men's ministry. He is a full-time performer, instructor, host, dad, and has worked for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios for several years.
Ashton Landreneau
Technical Director/Media
Ashton serves as Director for our Tech and Media Team. She is a full time teacher at Dr. Phillips High School and is our resident tech wizard.
